Job Description
We are looking for pet enthusiasts in selected provinces that wish to help support our Pet Scouts.
Matching the right pet with the right owner is key to the nationwide service we provide.
As a consultant you will assist our help desk to provide efficient and useful assistance to the Pet Scouts we have in the field.
You will answer queries on basic issues and offer advice to solve them.
An excellent manager will have good general knowledge about pets and be able to communicate effectively to explain solution.
You will oversee our customer-oriented service and have the patience to deal with a variety of issues that require good people skills.
While fulfilling our goal to create value for pet owners, breeders and auxiliary services such as veterinarians you will expand your network of income generating services.
